Municipal Advisory Services

The Advisory Services unit provides the following services to municipal governments:

• Administrative and technical advice to administrators/councils to support the effective and efficient operation of municipal governments;
• Educational programs like the Municipal Leadership Development Program in partnership with SUMA, SARM, SANC, UMAAS and RMAA;
• Seminars at annual conventions of SARM, SUMA, PARCS, RMAA and UMAAS; and
• Preparation of municipal information manuals, technical bulletins and online documents.
