ALL FUNDING IS COMMITED UNDER THE ISF PROGRAM

The ISF program was announced in the 2009 federal budget, as part of the $4 billion fund to stimulate the national economy through construction of provincial and municipal infrastructure.  The Ministry of Municipal Affairs manages a significant portion of Saskatchewan's ISF program and has allocated over $43 million of combined federal and provincial funding towards water, wastewater and local roadway projects in Saskatchewan's municipalities.

All extended ISF projects must be completed by October 31, 2011.
